The Heller family’s trading tradition dates back to 1908, when Anton Heller founded a timber trading company and supplied the German market with wood from Germany and what was then Czechoslovakia. This entrepreneurial legacy was continued by his son Detmar Heller, who established his own timber trading company in 1956 and supplied the European market with German timber.

After selling the timber business in 2002, Detmar Heller remained committed to the long-standing family and trading tradition. Together with his daughter Sophia-Antonia Heller, he founded Heller GmbH, which is now managed by her. Building on well-established business relationships—particularly in Eastern Europe—the company developed into an international trading enterprise with a focus on fiberglass products.

Today, Heller GmbH supplies customers throughout Europe and the Americas. Our product range comprises a diverse and high-quality portfolio. It is our goal to respond flexibly to individual requirements and to provide tailored solutions.
